Booking Cancellations
You may cancel a booked tour or service at any time prior to the scheduled departure. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the specific tour package terms. Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the tour start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees or service charges.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15–29 days prior to the tour start date are eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will depend on the specific package and associated third-party bookings (such as flights, hotels, or activities).
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour start date, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable due to pre-arranged services and commitments.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your travel dates, Soul Routes will do its best to accommodate your request. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the season, accommodations, or services included in your itinerary.
Exceptions
Certain tours, promotions, or special packages may have different cancellation and refund terms. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Refunds for third-party services, such as airline tickets or partner hotel bookings, are subject to the policies of those providers.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking reference, full name, and reason for cancellation. Refund requests are processed within 10–15 business days after verification. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.
Non-Refundable Items
- Service fees, booking fees, or administrative charges.
- Third-party booking penalties or non-refundable reservations.
- Optional add-ons purchased outside the core package after booking confirmation.
